Carriage

For non-prescription items such as sunglasses and accessories, everything displayed on the website is in stock and ready to dispatch. We aim to send these items the same or next working day. For urgent purchases, we recommend contacting us to reconfirm stock levels on 020 397 0014. Prescription items are dispatched as soon as they are ready, which is usually within the working week. We will require a copy of your valid prescription before we can process these orders.

Within the UK we offer free Royal Mail First Class Signed For delivery on orders over £30. With expensive items, we recommend an upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is fully insured and guaranteed to arrive the next working day. For international shipments, your shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Eligible Countries

We do not ship any items to the Far East (including, but not limited to, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam), unless the purchaser is a UK citizen making payment with a credit/debit card registered to a UK address. In these circumstances deliveries are only available to verifiable work addresses.

Delivery Times and Missing Deliveries

Deliveries usually arrive soon after dispatch, but we are required by our shipping partners to allow at least 21 days from dispatch before treating a delivery as missing. This allows for any delays in the postal system. If an item has not arrived within that time, you must contact the delivery service to enquire about any delays and check the status of your delivery. If you would like to claim with us for a missing delivery, we require notice in writing within 28 working days of our notice of dispatch.

Damage or Short Delivery

Damage and/or shortages must be noted and notice given to us within 3 working days of receipt of goods.

Returning Goods

Please contact us for authorisation before returning any goods. Return carriage will be at the customer's expense unless authorised prior to receipt. If you would like to return goods as unwanted, we require notice of this within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. All such returns must be received in as-new and resaleable condition. If you wish to return goods as faulty, we will offer a refund, replacement or repair depending on when you tell us. Faulty goods cannot be returned after one year.
